Today,there are two all new orange stone crusher move out from our workshop,it is a PE600*900 jaw crusher and 3ft cone crusher, Peru customer ordered them 2 weeks ago.
In 100 ton per hour crushing plant,usually they will take the vibrating feeder GZT0932,PE600*900 primary jaw crusher,PSGB0917 3ft cone crusher and 3YK1548 vibrating screen, circuit crushing for 3 sizes output ,such as 1’’,1/2’’,1/4’’ and etc,the jaw crusher max feeding size 540mm, for break the raw rocks smaller, then go to the vibrating screen for final sizes separated, over size aggregate go to the cone crusher for second crushing, after double crushed ,the cone shape and size will be all meet the building aggregate requests. It is the classic process technical in the quarry. Maybe u could learn something from the following pictures and do same for your quarry.
