01 Drum Motor Drive

02 K Series Hollow Shaft Reducer Transmission
Structure: The power of the motor is directly transmitted to the reducer, and the output shaft of the reducer is hollow shaft, which is directly set on the output shaft of the roller.
The hollow shaft of the output shaft of the reducer is directly set on the roller output shaft.
Advantages: 1) good sealing, especially suitable for anti-dust places; 2) easy installation, save belt
width of the machine, widely used in Europe and the United States.
Commonly used power range: 1.5kw-4.5kw
03 Cycloid gear motor drive
Structure: The power of the motor is transmitted to the input shaft of the gearhead, while the power output shaft of the gearhead is fitted with a sprocket, and the output shaft of the transmission drum is also fitted with a sprocket.
The sprocket is also installed on the output shaft of the transmission drum, and the reducer transmits the power to the transmission drum through the chain.
Advantages: simple structure, easy to replace parts, low cost.
Disadvantages: not suitable for dusty occasions, the service life of the chain is greatly affected by the installation and working conditions.
Commonly used power range: 1.5kw-22kw
04 DCY hardened gear reducer transmission
Structure: The motor passes through the high-speed shaft coupling, reducer, and low-speed shaft coupling to transmit the power to the transmission drum.
The power is transmitted to the transmission drum by the motor through the high-speed shaft coupling, reducer and low-speed shaft coupling.
Advantages: reliable operation, suitable for high power.
Disadvantages: High cost and large space occupation.
Commonly used power range: 55KW-355KW
