According to the customer’s requirements, we provided the customer with the configuration of a 100-ton production line, including vibrating feeder，jaw crusher, impact crusher, and vibrating screen.
We chose to use PE-500×750 as primary crushing to meet the needs of our customer. The impact crusher PF1210 is used as the secondary crushing, and the vibrating screen 4YK1548 is used in the third stage to screen the materials. The upper screen returns to the second stage to continue crushing, forming a closed-circuit cycle operation.
